Help! Found a hatchling... In Minnesota!

This morning my boss found a tiny hatchling lizard in her house! I'm pretty sure it's not one of the three local native lizard species, so I need to figure out what it is and how to care for it. So far the top guesses between me and the pet store people seem to be crested gecko and anole, but I don't know!
