Blood on my snake!!

I have a Rosy Boa that was hanging out with me while I was watching a movie. She was doing her thing when I noticed a little bump on her body, located about 3/5ths down her body on her side, very close to her belly. It was dark so I touched the bump but it disappeared/felt nothing and when I lifted my finger there was dark blood on my finger!

I got a tissue and wiped the drop of blood off her side and took a good look. I noticed a pin prick sized red spot under a scale. However it was a pretty big drop of blood. About the size of a dime on the tissue. What could have caused this? And why was it so random? It was almost as if she had a blister under the skin and squeezed it out while constricting around my wrist. But it came from under a scale and there was no bump there before.

Anyone know of something that could have caused this?

It might also be worth nothing a few days after this happened her eyes blued out and she has skipped her hunting cycle. She is fed two large fuzzies once a week and 1-2 days before her "day" she cruises around the terrarium, climbing the vines, "hunting" for food. She is just sleeping, maybe relocates to a different spot once or twice a day.

Also, This is her first shed with me. How long does it usually take a boa, a little larger than my thumb and say a foot and 3/4" long (sorry haven't weighed her yet) to shed once they blue up? I have a baby corn and king snake and they usually shed within 3-5 days of turning blue, 24-48 hours after clearing up.
