First pine snake shed

The little female pine snake went antisocial (ok more antisocial than sitting there giving me death threats ) and I hoped she was getting ready to shed. I guess it was good I was a couple days later feeding them the next time because she'd just finished. Then slurped up that large rat pinky lump already halfway down her.

Re: First pine snake shed

My Southern Pine has always been a little antisocial...she'll let me pick her up, but once I put her down she goes into a full open mouth hissy fit and will strike if I try to pick up again.

And yesterday, when I fed her, when I left rat pinky at the opening of her hot hide, she hissed at me after grabbing the food and pulled it into her hide.
