California kingsnake question

I'm new to owning snakes, as well as to the forum, I was wondering if I can add a twist to my albino Cali Kings diet by adding your everyday lizard to the tank. Would this be harmful to him?

Everyday lizard? Wild caught? Frozen/Thawed Anole or Leopard Gecko?

If it comes from the wild there's a big concerns with parasites which are very common on wild reptiles. Cheers

That's understandable, and yes I was asking about wild caught, I live in Florida and you can't go outside without damn near squashing one under your feet. May buy some frozen once in awhile to add a twist, hes still a baby so this was more for future reference as he'll be eating pinkies once a week for awhile.
As far as Cali Kings go I read there's not much needed to keeping one. Humidity apparently doesn't have to be maintained very strictly, I keep one end of the tank at the mid 70s and the other has an infrared noctural heating lamp keeping that side between 85-90 degrees. A small water reservoir kind of buried like an in ground pool in the repti bark, a few vines/shrubbery pieces he climbs through and a half log for a hidey hole. Does this sound good for a kingsnake?

I think you need five posts before posting an image, and there's just size limitations.

Sounds like your set up is good. I'd avoid wild caught lizards due to the parasite concerns, as mentioned above. F/T should be fine though. Looking forward to seeing some photos!

Hopefully I'll be able to get them up soon, he's a beauty! Hes very aggressive at the moment which I'm assuming is due to a new environment and him being so small/vulnerable, struck at me while I was evening out some substrate and cleaning the bowl, even struck through the glass.ive only held him for a minute while transferring him to the cage but other than that I'm trying to wait a week or two to establish a feeding pattern, I just talk to him and slowly move my fingers by the glass in hopes to get him used to me
