So the expo is tomorrow and finally got some pictures through of the Madu pair I'm picking up. These are adults so will attempt to breed them next season. Blown away by their pattern and colour.

Re: Python reticulatus - Madu locality pair
Thanks all. I've yet to have a proper look at them to be fair. They're a bit grumpy from the journey so leaving them all alone .
More photos to follow in due course.
Tsu - who else has Madu in Europe? Keen to get as much unrelated blood as possible into the mix.

Re: Python reticulatus - Madu locality pair
We sold a pair of pure bloods a few years ago I'll see if Eddie can remember who to and let you know in Thursday when I'm down

Thanks Dave. This pair have an interesting history with one being bred by a zoo in Austria and the other by a zoo in Hungary.

Re: Python reticulatus - Madu locality pair
Filaretic has some, and I know someone on a different forum I used to frequent had 3 of them. I can see if I can track him down.

Re: Python reticulatus - Madu locality pair
Just a quick photo of the Madu pair in their quarantine tubs. Truly spectacular markings - I'll try and get some better photos in due course.
Powerful things for their size too.
Male first then the girl...

Re: Python reticulatus - Madu locality pair
Not much to report on the Madu pair. Both are still in quarantine and I'm building their adult vivs (6*2*2 pvc ones - lovely things).
They've had one last feed before I start dropping the temperature and start cycling for a breeding attempt. This will be my first try at breeding anything and I'm quite excited!
Will post some pics once the vivs are done
