Seriously, I can't ask for much more in a snake. He's active, displays well, eats like a zombie and handles like a dream. I still don't trust him totally yet.

Love seeing the pics, but anything that grows big enough to eat a kangaroo is too much snake for me to handle, lol.

Most stay the right side of 14' - usually a touch shorter. There are outliers of course

Not prey/feeder size that concerns me, I simply don't want to keep anything it takes 2 people to handle safely. Way back in my college days I had a female BCI, around 6' long. Gentle as could be, loved her. One day she wrapped herself around my neck and both shoulders under the arms. Not squeezing or a problem in general, but I simply couldn't reach either her head or tail to unwrap her myself. That singular experience was enough, even though she finally moved on her own accord, to teach me the lesson that even a docile snake could unexpectedly become a problem.
My ex-wife also loves snakes, and was quite happy to help with them however necessary, but like most other people in my life she went her own way, without me. I learned long ago to rely on myself, not someone else, and when it comes to snakes that's even more relevant given most people's attitude toward them.

I used to put her around my neck while I was doing something or other. She would simply curl up and chill until I unwrapped her. She never coiled too tightly for comfort, much less enough to choke me. Even a much larger snake isn't strong enough to hold coils against a person unwrapping them, I simply couldn't reach either end of her to start. In retrospect I could have simply tapped her near her tail firmly enough to get her to move on her own.
