Question BCI. Living together!?

What do you keepers think. Is that very bad (dangerous), if some boas live together, I mean can 2 adult boa live together in enough size terrarium?
Of course with separating in feeding time!

Re: BCI. Living together!?

Define enough size.
My understanding is that in too small an enclosure, they are likely to 'fight' over a hot spot. Not attack each other, but it looks more like cuddling, when in reality they are trying to push the other one away.
That is if they act passively towards each other.

Unless you're breeding, I would recommend against co-habitation.

Re: BCI. Living together!?

Most species can be successfully cohabbed but this does not mean it's necessarily desirable for a number of them. As REM states it's about providing multiple basking sites, multiple hiding spots etc.

For a boa Imperator you'd need a very large viv indeed and I simply wouldn't bother.

Is there any reason why you want to particularly?
