dead snake eggs possibly alive? URGENT

Hi,
For a while I've been posting about my mock viper. Unfortunately she died today right after my last update. It's a real bummer I really liked that snake. I felt bumbs on her body so just to be sure I used a scalpel to cut open from the bottom. I found five eggs. They look like yellow jellybeans. I took them out and paced them in humid soil. Besides that I don't know what to do. Also one seemed enlarged into a sac- a baby mockviper was clearly visible inside. I don't know if this species lays eggs or gives life birth. Is it possible to save the eggs.

Ovoviviparous. Not a lot you can do at this point as far as I'm aware. Sorry you lost her though.

Ok - that's a shame it was a long shot though- i found one that was a sack with a snake that to be honest looked quite fully formed and ready to hatch. Is it worth working to save this one?

Unless it's moving, but if you haven't applied heat...prob not.
