Mite free....

Well it's been a few months now and no bugs! ...YAAAAAY! It's been quite the battle... Ironically it was only two of them {Moe & George} that keep recurring and they were across the room from each other... Now I just need to stay away from reptile stores, Shows, other peoples collections...

Re: Mite free....

CONGRATULATIONS!!! I have been there and fought that same battle. I now stay away from reptile shows unless I absolutely need something there. I do this mainly because of the people who feel the need to walk around with their pet boa or other large snake draped over their shoulders, but also because I have no idea if the other attendees that I'm rubbing shoulders with have just handled their pet snakes at home that have a mite problem. Mites are a real pain in the butt to get rid of and it's just not worth taking the chance.
