I got tagged!

Dozer (my rosy) bit me the other day during a feeding. I totally deserved it and should not have been interfering. I reached into the tank to move something after I had already dropped the pinks in there and he struck at me and bit my finger.

I could not help the instinctive reflex to jerk my hand away, lol, hopefully I did not hurt him. He seemed fine, albeit a little shocked.

I have these three little dots on my finger from his little teeth. It bled when I squeezed it, and that was it. I've never been bit before (though I think this hardly qualifies).

Hehe, I'm amused. He's so cute. My big boy! Now if I'm ever careless enough to get bit by my BP, I dont' think I'll be quite as charmed.

I'm with Linds, I've been bitten quite a few times by my rosy boas, my own fault of course. Man do those guys ever grab hold of ya.

I'm lucky, I've held many snakes, not my own and I've never been bitten.

For me it was a debate between a rosy and a BP. I ultimately decided on a Rosy because BPs are known to go on long fasts and I didn't want to deal with it. Too bad my rosy decided to fast for 5 months anyway. I guess he didn't read the memo. :P

My BP -always- eats. So does my rosy. They must take after me....
