Sterilite

I've always used the wood type cages but haven't been in the hobby for about 3 yrs. I am seeing more and more people use these 34qt containers with UTH and T stats with clamps to lock the lids. Are these good for babies? I always assumed they were only good for a rack system

Re: Sterilite

Sterilite 6qt with the locking lids work fine for hatchlings. I've kept a number of colubrid hatchlings in them. The larger ones would not recommend for hatchlings unless it is some species that hatches out huge.
