Back 2nd time with apology

Hello all…..I was a member years ago under a different username which I no longer remember; but recently created a new membership

I don’t expect that I’ll be posting much but since I’m back it’s long overdue that I offer my apologies to a few members. Two members specifically…..Without going into details I will openly admit that my first-time membership here didn’t end well. I was going through something that very much negatively affected my character and actions throughout my time here, and for quite a period after.All that is in the past now but it doesn’t change the facts.

To the two individuals I’d like to apologize to directly. I apologize that I don’t recall your names or screennames but if you’re still here you’ll remember me.

First…..There was an individual in Arizona that offered to take me out during a trip to show me what Arizona herping is all about. My primary interest was tiger and speck but that grew, I got greedy, arrogant, and burnt my bridges well before I ever got around to making my trip.So to you I apologize for wasting your time, and you’re having to deal with my personality at that time. It’s not my norm and I’m sorry.

Second…..There was an individual in New York that offered to have me up so he could demonstrate and educate me on how to safely maintain naja species. I accepted but never followed through with those plans.An offer such as that could have proven invaluable and I apologize for wasting your time as well well.

Both of your offers were exceptional…..Both of your offers were above and beyond…..And both of your offers were opportunities that may never come up again. Missing out on both is regretted and completely my fault.I can’t change the past but feel you both deserve my apology.

Missed the beef whatever it was but a firm believer that it takes guts to swallow ones pride and apologise so too job there...

I wasn't around back then so I don't know about the incidents you are talking about. But it takes a certain character to realize the error of your actions and man up and apologize for it publicly.
