substaite

Hey folks, I want to raise my over all humidity in my 30 Gallon long screen top with basking light tank. Not ideal for Ball Python but I am trying to figure out best cage set up pvc and glass. So ideas on best bedding to use i get home from work and humidity is down to 30 % I have a humidity box with cypress mulch but would like to try keep it around 50 % at least.

Re: substaite

I use cocohusk bricks, the chunks not the fine stuff. I had mold issues using them as directed soaking the whole brick. Now I'm using a mix cypress and cocohusk and only soak a portion of it and mix it with the rest. Seems to work for me so far better then misting the substrate in the cage.
