Re: adult male bp cage

Personally I'd say no that is too small for an adult BP. Some get stressed in larger cages and only eat in very small ones. Mine was active in a 4x2 and then stopped in a 2x2. He has since been upgraded to a 4x2. Personally 24x24 would be the minimum

Re: adult male bp cage

My male BP is in a 36x18x18 but as he's 700+ grams and 3ft he will probably need a 4ft one within the next 6 months

Re: adult male bp cage

Honestly 3x2x1 should be the minimum. I too have dound that BPs who are labled as 'pet rocks' are actually very active (as adults) when in a larger cage. Because of this I will be looking at getting 4x2x1 cages for all of them in the future. (2 are still babies anyway).
