Re: Looking for some info about my ball python

Welcome to ssnakess! There are many ballpython keepers here that I'm sure will chime in on further details. But the most important thing is that you leave a new snake alone, especially ballpythons can get stressed very easily after a move.

How old/large is she? Pinky mice sound like a pretty small meal. Did it leave a noticable bulge?

Actually, the most important thing is asking information before you get the animal So you'll be up and ready when you get it.

A little late when they already own the animal though, but yes that would definetly count as the number 1 thing before you get a snake

Re: Looking for some info about my ball python

I'm glad someone else has said about not researching your snakes before buying them. I spent 5 months researching ball pythons so I knew what was needed and how to care for them, I mean you wouldn't buy a car and then ask "How do I drive it?", hence my signature.

Anyway, feed rat pups or weans. Whatever has it's eyes closed. Much better meal than a mouse pink.
