Do a Google search for breeders who specialise in locality retics there's a few out there, and the Hamm show would probably be your best chance of picking one up. But true 100% pure captive bred Sulawesi retics are quite hard to find, most of the pure Sula,s I've seen for sale have been wild caught, hope this helps

Filaretic germany, amazing breeders I bought several animals from them. They have all kinds of new and amazing morphs as well, like Blue hypos, Pinstripe, Harlekins and labyrinth retics .. what i woulndt give for that Labyrinth...
This is the only one i see for sale currently, but you can always email them.

Ugh all those retics are sooo nice.
The "Harlekin" retic reminds me a lot of the jaguar retics.
