Welcome! I've only seen those for sale in Europe twice, both from the same breeder. I'll try to see if I can find him, think he's in Germany.

No luck so far, my German isn't very fluent I'm afraid.. I saw them in the Hamm expo, pretty sure the vendor was german he also had trinket snakes and a few other less seen species.

Welcome to snakes. Glad to have you aboard. Reach out to Steven Bol on his website. He is in the Netherlands but deals mostly with garter snakes and water snakes. He probabaly has connections. Steven Bol Garter Snakes is his website.

Hi Christian,
you may try to get in contact with the user "Rinlive". Charlotte is also from France and specialized in keeping insectivorous snakes and other small colubrids from North America – as far as I know she has not kept Ringneck snakes but maybe she has some contacts in France.
I checked a German classified ads side specialized in reptiles, but there were only some search requests for Diadophis punctatus, but nobody offering them.
You might also check a French dealer who has always a nice collection of unusual snakes available (but right now no ringnecks) --> La Ferme Tropical

The German breeder you're talking about *could* be Valentin Epp.
He produced my male Russian rat snake, but I know he works with various species.
Here's his website but alas I don't speak German.
