A few brown spots on scales on her bottom side?

What could this mean? There are a few brown spots on her spaces on the bottom side? Could it be scale rot? It doesn't look like she is about to shed. She is super shy and reserved, I can't really get her to open up much. In general she has dry skin, so I have been misting more.

Hi, what type of enclosure is the reptile in and what are you using as the substrate? Next ,we will need the temps both ambient , warm side, cool side, humidity. Also how are you heating the enclosure?

20 L zilla snake tank, repribark, temperatures stay at 80 on cool side and 90 on hot side, humidity at 65-70 and I use a heating lamp over the top of the cage so she couldn't touch it at all

Help! What's wrong with my ball python's scales?

20L zilla snake tank, (she is really small still), hot side:90 cool side: 80, humidity 65-70, I use a heating lamp above the cage so she can't touch it at all.

What is the wattage of the lamp? Is it regulated on a dimmer? At best, it looks like a ventral scale irritation. Are there any areas of excessive moisture on the reptibark? IMO, I would put her onto paper towels and monitor it more closely going forward.

Okay I will try paper towels for sure. It is on a dimmer and 12/12 light cycle, 75 watts on the light and no there isn't, she's never knocked over her bowl or anything

It's difficult to definitively tell with absolute certainty what this is. Actually it could be a type of ventral scale irritation, a thermal burn, but it's clearly something going on. You said you were heating the enclosure with a lamp that is on a dimmer so to me ,that kind of rules out the thermal burn. The most we can do is speculate on the diagnosis. Putting the reptile on paper towels and deep cleaning the enclosure is the first line of treatment. Considering a exotic vet if the condition doesn't improve is your best option.
