More Rainbow Babies!
On Monday, October 3, Living Gems was pleased to welcome the Caesarion-Malachite litter to this world. Mom delivered a large litter of 20 little nippers late in the evening, and I arrived home just as the early explorers exited the nest.
Dad Caesarion is a beautiful orange male that traces from the famous (and now unfortunately rare) Tim Frazier bloodline:
His last litter numbered 19, so he’s gotten better at his job.
Mom Malachite is a reddish female who is skeptical of this whole human idea:
Her last litter numbered 22, so this was roughly on par.
The enclosure looked like this when I found the early explorers:

Here are some shots of the lay box when I grabbed the last stragglers:

Congrats to the parents for a job well done.
Thank you for reading,

Re: More Rainbow Babies!
As always Cliff excruciatingly jealous every time I see your babies. Particularly as I'll never be able to own one!
Congratulations though. Gorgeous as ever...

Danny, you have such an impressive collection, why would you never own a BRB? Does it have anything to do with the country you live in??

Re: More Rainbow Babies!
I could own a BRB no problem but I couldn't own one of Cliff's. That is the issue me .
And my collection is very modest compared to some on here but thank you. It will be increasing shortly though

Re: More Rainbow Babies!
Ahh, I get it now! Makes perfect sense.
Yes, there are some serious collectors on this forum, but it doesn't take away from your ever increasing one
Maybe one day Bean will get a girlfriend from Cliff?...
(Did I say that out loud??)

Re: More Rainbow Babies!
LOL! Thank you all for commenting! The babies are doing fine so far, and should start their first sheds this weekend.
Danny, I hope to be able to export to England in 2017, if things work out as I wish.
We had our third litter this week -- details when I finally get a breather!

Oooo, do keep me posted Cliff. 2017 will hopefully work out nicely timings wise with a house move. Got our eye on something that will include a nice big snake room for me
