Hallo from indonesia
Hallo everybody, I'm mufty alfarisi from indonesia.
I'm amateur viperkeepers, I have some indonesian pitvipers and try to breed them lol.
Im focus on albolabris, Insularis and purpureomaculatus species.
I hope we can become good friends and exchange knowledge.

It's the same as the south of Ireland no licence needed, if you want a rattlesnake as first snake no problem

Yes!
In Indonesia we don't need a licence to keep venomous snakes because they not protected by the goverment but even it's protected by goverment you can keep them as long you not get caugh lol

Well, I asked bc the handling and restraining techniques for maintaining venomous reptiles in the U.S. are pretty strict. Working with experienced, licensed venomous keepers in the training phase is something that is required as well. The issuance of permits here has been severely curtailed partly bc there has been numerous reports of envenomations by captives.
