Greetings, Earthlings.
Hello, my name is Caitlyn and I'm from the Pacific Northwest with all types of terrain differentiating with the snow-capped Cascade Mountains to forested islands to wetlands that get your boot stuck to the industrial jungles. Having such bipolar weather can be quiet interesting when owning snakes that thrive in high climates. While I'm melting through the day, I bet my python is comfy as can be.
I'm still a student but working hard to get where I need to be. Currently a stablehand/ranch hand and loving every part of it, although this is not what I would want to be stuck to live off of.
My house is a metaphorical zoo, however, I'm sure some beat me in that department (not a bad thing at all if animals are cared for!). I'm down to 1 chihuahua/Pomeranian named Bolt, 3 cats of different colors, 1 Ball Python named Sid, and 2 horses (also of opposite of color).
I have loads of interests that I hope others share. I hunt, fish, tune/show horses, draw, sing, play instruments, soccer, and videogames. I'm currently drooling over vehicles, snakes, and dogs.
Feel free to contact me or ask questions I can't wait to explore this site even further and engage with this community.

Re: Greetings, Earthlings.
Welcome! I am much like you minus the cars thing. I used to rescue, rehab, and train horses as well, so I know how that goes!
Nice to have you on board. We love pics! So please make sure to give Sid his own special thread, then drop some pics of your fur babes in the furry friends thread as well!

Re: Greetings, Earthlings.
Hi there! And welcome. I also have a zoo. And used to be a stall cleaner at the rescue/barn I work/board at. Oddly enough some days I miss cleaning up after horses.
My zoo is 2 cats, a rabbit, fish, and my mare, as well as my hognose, Apollo. Oh and an artist as well.

Thank you everyone! Absolutely adorable Monitor.
I shall commence the posting of pictures! Aha.
Indeed, the country is quite a sight. Lot's of developments going up :/
Cleaning up after horses can oddly be relaxing and satisfying. Granted, you're working with fecal matter, but I think we tend to overlook it and just drool over our ponies Even when they have their evil moments. I don't know if I can trust people who can't take a whiff of that good ol' barn smell, lol.
I think we are getting a little bonkers over here in the West Coast but I'm sure that's happening most places.

Re: Greetings, Earthlings.
Ooooh I love that barn smell. And I was joking with the guy that cleans out the porta potty (while I was knee deep in horse poop) that we'd both rather have my job of horse poop. But yes I had a bad habit of loving on the horse while I should be cleaning. Made me a bit slow at the job.
