Issue hatching

Hi,
This is my second clutch i have ever hatched. Its all gone really well and i have only two snake left. One of them has begun to hatch but is upside down. He has stuck his nose through and has hatched from the side of the egg. Should i move him so he is faced upwards or would that be bad and should i leave him? They are hognose just so you know
