baby corn snake feeding

Hi there
one of my baby corns now 3 weeks old doesn't want to eat,he shed fine after 10 days and still refuses to eat,i keep trying every other night and leaving it in with just in case it was a shy feeder, the other one from that clutch ate after a couple of days of feeding and hasn't eaten since.the pinkies im trying them on are really small
any tips please

Have you tried the usual braining methods etc for problem feeders?

I'd slow down how often your offering the food though mate, every other day is a bit much and may actually stress him out.. Good luck

Put it in hot water but not mad hot, and then it may take.

Also you can try opening the pinky's mouth before offering it. For some reason snakes really dig the smell of a rodent's saliva.

I agree that you might want to wait a few days before offering food again.

Interesting...I'm going to try this tonight with my gopher Lupin, since he's been so inconsistent taking meals. Cool tip!

I got that one from Don Soderberg of South Mountain Reptiles, who has probably forgotten more about corn snakes than I will ever know.

Thanks everyone,I'll try again in about 4 days then,I'll try the tip of opening its mouth, if not I'll have to find someone with live pinkys,just don't want to loose them , there active enough
