Beautiful as the name implies. This is a Taiwanese Blue Beauty?

I was not aware there was a Taiwanese blue beauty snake, only Vietnamese. I am also curious about her heritage. She is almost like a combination of color between the normal and blue beauty, could she be a hybrid? I think she is stunning either way.

Actually, I'm not sure. I am thinking she is a Vietnamese but could definitely be wrong.

Unfortunately, I don't have a great deal of background on her. Could be a hybrid for all I know.

I believe I incorrectly recalled the name then. Vietnamese, not Taiwanese.
I just recall there is a line of Beauty snakes particular to one of those countries.

Very nice VBB. The "blue" these ones can express is pretty variable, and that's a nice one!

Re: Introducing Tam, our newest Old World Rat. (Beauty)
Thanks! Probably just biased but I think she's one of the prettiest I've seen.

Good looking beauty you got yourself! Any idea on age? Size? Being a female she should stay on the smaller end of the size spectrum, 8' or so, but 10' isn't out of the question!

Re: Introducing Tam, our newest Old World Rat. (Beauty)
She is 2 years old but small for her age, though I think she's just about caught up now/is catching up. I don't have a weight on her yet. She'd been fed a lot less than she should have been by the original owner. She was on mouse hoppers up until my friend got her and is now eating small rats.

Re: Introducing Tam, our newest Old World Rat. (Beauty)
I'd put a average size of around 7' at two years old. You think she's in that range?

Re: Introducing Tam, our newest Old World Rat. (Beauty)
No, she's about 5 1/2' approx. Guess she's got more growing to do to catch up than I thought.
