Thanks mac. You can own one np! The pairs of het pieds are very affordable or you can save up for the visuals. For the het pieds you just have to buy from a reputable source.

Re: 2012 female pied...
The parents (pieds) in the initial photo had their clutch hatch out in Jan'16 not '15 as is posted incorrectly. Thanks.

Re: 2012 female pied...
Thank you EL! They both have really strong bloodlines that go back to Garrick Demeyer. They both are so tame, it's unbelievable. A really great pied pair who seems to have passed that temperament on to their offspring.

Thanks Po! They really are a very nice pair. Never had any issues with their temperament at all. Great to handle and never aggressive. Ever since the female laid her first clutch back in January '16 her appetite has doubled. I really have to keep her on watch. She would eat every day if I let her.

Re: 2012 female pied...
Thanks Sylph! I was surprised the adult female did so well laying her virgin clutch. One of the eggs had was a boob egg that had me worried. But that egg turned out hatching the heaviest hatchling who also was the first out of the egg. Not the one pictured though.
