Re: Diamond Jungle Jaguar / Super Caramel
Thanks! Her attitude is really special. More attack than defense. Will use soft neoprene gloves when handling her, so she does not destroy her teeth against the bony parts in the hand

Re: Diamond Jungle Jaguar / Super Caramel
My baby IJ was like that at first, struck at anything that moved. She's calmed down considerably since then, and I've learned to pay attention to her mood as well. There are some times she's more likely to act cage-defensive than others, but once she's in hand she's not a problem.
Of course, there are some that never do lose the attitude, but you've still got quite a beauty either way.

I have pretty big adult female jungle, who have not lost her attitude. Neither in the terrarium or outside. She is tap trained and quite manageable if you handle her properly, but have a h-ll of a bite so you have to be careful and not let her get too close to your face

Thanks! The goal with this litter was to produce jaguars, but the siblings became fine too

Re: Diamond Jungle Jaguar / Super Caramel
The little female (hanging under, thermo / hygrometer) seem to thrive in her new environment. Now she will be left alone a week or two before the first feeding.

Re: Diamond Jungle Jaguar / Super Caramel
Have already found a good basking place and winds around in the cage without fear. Really cocky little snake

Re: Diamond Jungle Jaguar / Super Caramel
Have changed little in the cage. Removed the hideaways on the ground ( she does not use them ), raised the branches and clothed them with plastic plants. Was clearly better and she became more active.
