Exclamation Help me with terrarium of my first future snake..

Good first of all thank you very much for helping me, I will have my first snake and I’ll catch it because in my country do not sell the domestic.. and I want a small snake, my question is in the terrarium, and I’ve got the external / internal thermometer, substrate coir (I'm buying), tank (Gift), today I went to buy lights and for me here is impossible to get special light for reptiles and I don't have a high budget, my only advantage in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia climate is tropical 20- 35 ° C, I bought an ultraviolet light or light moon, I think? I could find the generic brand and a light bulb "blended-light mercury lamp" I think it's mercury vapor as a pdf reading exo-terra said to be the most powerful and complete, could give me advice please? The bulb I bought is almost equal to the pdf one and 160W. Here is the link to see the light bulb:

I could'nt put the link, but it's Blended-Light Mercury Lamp 160W

My other question is if it proved necessary bulbs and thermal blanket to the substrate? I want the reptile has the best conditions and I need your sage advice!

Another thing, here it is impossible to get something that has lived with the man, the hunt illegally or people just when he sees snakes and kill it, so this is my only option, I am currently reading about all my endemic species area, dominating the differences between poisonous and non-poisonous to avoid being in a coma xD
