It is a Speckled Kingsnake (
Lampropeltis holbrooki). Most of OK was considered a Speckled King/Desert King intergrade zone until recent DNA studies showed Deserts are found no farther east than west Texas (roughly along the Pecos River), and no farther north than central New Mexico. The same study also elevated both Deserts and Speckleds to species status.

Nerodia erythrogaster). Formerly a Blotched Water Snake (N
erodia erythrogaster transversa), but no subspcies of
N. erythrogaster are currently recognized.
