Help! my Woma has a bump on her under lip!

I was super shocked today. When i came home i noticed that the underlip of my Woma looked a little bit deformed. Like one scale was protunding. I took her out and hold her head...she didn´t like it but when i opened her mouth it just looked like some substrate got catched between her lip and teeth. I brushed with my finger at it and it "disappeared". Now it looks normal from outside but i´m scared.

Is it possible her jaw was out of place and popped back in? That happens somewhat frequently.

Well it looks normal now but i´m still worried. :/

Well, firstly, what type of enclosure is she in? What are your husbandry numbers like? Hot spot , warm side , cool side , humidity ? Do you feed live or f/t or both ? Pre-killed? Do you have any suspicion that it might be mites? They usually get underneath a reptiles scales. Mostly, if you are worried, consider making a appointment with a herp vet? Any possibility this is a enclosure related injury?

turns out she did bury alot and some substrate went behind her lip, thats why it looked that way. Its all fine now.
