Agreed^ These people are all freaking out over this sighting but have apparently forgotten where the article says they haven't been spotted in 15 years.

i get ya! i was so happy to read the news..then i went to the comments and got so mad.. there's even a photo of a game that said "whack a snake" or something like that.. "whack them just like in real life"
what is wrong with the world. its part of nature..and were the ones who are ruining it! im sure they what to whack us for overpopulating. :S ohhh..wait.. they don't... cos there not like most humans that want to kill everything that is-int a cat or dog.

I think a large majority of those comments were sarcastic and trying to be funny using a five year old's humor. It upsets me to see the disregard people have for nature, as they forget that we're still just as much apart of nature as those snakes, but I'm afraid this error will only be largely realized when it's too late to save a good chunk of the world's species. Nonetheless, I doubt that the commenters were honestly wishing the snakes harm, and more so were messing around for giggles.

Those were some gorgeous snakes though. Kinda reminded me of albinos the way they were colored, although I'm sure they're not. Very unique looking, and I hope in the future we'll be seeing more of these.
