Rounding off the porph addiction.
Just put these on hold, going to be long wait until they ship! With these three though, we will have a pair or more of all 4 subspecies of porphyraceus.
1.1 Oreocryptophis porphyraceus vaillanti and 0.1 Oreocryptophis porphyraceus pulchra, to complete our porphyraceus collection.
Coming from Matthew Most at Sarpamitra. Amazing pictures courtesy of the breeder.
The pulchra, to be named Suki.
The O. p. vaillanti. Don't have names for them yet, will have to think on that while waiting for them to ship.

Re: Rounding off the porph addiction.
Beautiful snakes!!! I've had my eye on the O. P. Pulchra for some time now, but I had never seen the O. P. Vaillanti before. I love the subtle tones of the tan Vaillanti. Please keep us posted on your progress, especially if your going to offer the offspring for sale.

Re: Rounding off the porph addiction.
Very nice indeed, hardly ever see those available. Do they breed the same as the more commonly kept species?

More or less. They seem to me, not that I have any actual experience, just a bit of what I've seen one or two others post, that the other 3 subspecies are slightly less fertile and a bit harder to get breeding than the coxi. That could be totally wrong though, just skewed by the small sample size I'm going from.
