So three years ago, I had a baby royal python that I gave to my friend. She was always terrified of snakes but ended up being okay with mine, so I gave little Milo to her. She took good care of him for a while but following a break-up, he was getting less and less attention. She ended up not giving him anymore heat and not much humidity, so he went off feed for a few months. She decided to give him back to me, so he's back here to stay!
He's already way more active then when she first gave him back to me. He would just sit in his house for days, but now he explores and actually climbs his branch and all. He even ate for me a week after being here! However, I believe he's obese (might be wrong) but I'm guessing with better temps, he's going to be able to lose weight like he should be.
Here's a few of him back when I had him..I'll have to get some pictures of him in my hand for comparison.
Good looking ballpython, to get a better idea whether or not he is obese a full body picture on a flat surface from above might help. These pictures might give a bit of a distorted image and i wouldn't like to misjudge.
