Raspy exhaling

About two and a half weeks ago I purchased a baby female western hognose from an independent pet store in my area. She was about 10 grams when I got her (9.1 last time I weighed her). The guy at the pet store (who I have talked to on several occasions and really knows his stuff) said she had been eating FT pinkies "like a pig" for them.

However she hasn't eaten for me at all (I have another thread on this topic). I tried feeding a tuna scented pinkie today. She seemed interested, coming towards it with her tongue flickering while hissing occasionally. She even touched her nose to the pinkie for a few minutes and licked it a little, but then she did a mock strike at the tongs and ran away from it. I ended up leaving the tuna-scented pinkie in her hiding area so hopefully she will eat it once she's gotten over her fear of the tongs.

While I was trying to feed her I noticed that when she exhaled there was a faint, raspy sound. I definitely hadn't noticed anything like this before and didn't hear the same sound later when she'd gone back to hiding. Was the raspy sound just because she was nervous and puffing up? Or is this the first sign of a respiratory infection? What other signs should I look for?

Thanks for any help!

PS She is in a 10 gallon aquarium on aspen with lots of hides/clutter. Ambient temperature is mid 70s on the cool end to low 80s on the warmer side and her basking area is about 90-92 degrees (via undertank heater).
