bedding

looking around a bit for bedding can't find any coccanut fibre around but I found some Scotts land scapes black classic mulch I can't find any information on it any where being used for reptiles but its non toxic. I'm not 100% sure i can use this I've searched the name and anyone one else who has used it but nothing for reptile use. If anyone has input I would appretiate it.

Re: bedding

You generally want to avoid any mulch with a color descriptor because they usually contain dyes. But orchid bark or any pure hardwood mulch should be fine.

Re: bedding

I use cypress mulch for some of my snakes that I get at a garden center and it works great. However its 100% natural and dye free. I agree stay away from the stuff with dyes
