Smile Hallo from California!

I'm Fiona, and just following the notice box above to post in the intro forums... I've been lurking on and off for years, but finally joined today. I have a pretty little male albino BP, a black pastel female BP, and a 2 year old Dumeril's Boa. I'm also actually on an active search right now for the perfect BEL or male BCI to add to the snake family.

So helloooo!

Quick photos of the peeps.

Re: Hallo from California!

Hey rs , welcome to snakes! I know you from another forum. That albino is a ghi. The high contrast albinos are really hard to find.

Re: Hallo from California!

Thanks guys!

Albert- I guess I'm not surprised, since I'm an internet raider. I'm curious what makes a ball python a Ghi though? Isn't Ghi the name of a specific morph? I'm hoping that Cake's contrast is something that can be passed on and isn't just a fluke.

Re: Hallo from California!

Right, yours is not the morph ghi. I was just using the ghi to state that if you have a albino bp it should look like yours being high contrast. Lol. Not the ghi line. Haha. And yes, I am pretty sure that the high contrast coloration is genetic.

Re: Hallo from California!

Thanks Dave!

And ah okay, that clears things up. LOL. I remember Ghi stands for Gotta Have It?
Well hopefully I can find an equally high-contrast albino female to breed him to in the future. =)
