Garter snake breeders

Hello, I'm sorry this is probably not in the right section. If there is a better one please move it

I have been looking at California garter snakes. They are beautiful and I would love to have a nice planted tank with a vibrant little guy like these in there. I cannot seem to find breeders who seem to still be breeding them. Can someone point me in the direction of an active California garter breeder(s)?

Scott is seemingly no longer in the trade. You run into to others selling them every so often. I bought my T.s. infernalis from Jeff and he is a stand up guy producing incredible snakes.

Just be sure your state allows them. California does not allow them as pets because there are few in the wild? At least I remember reading that somewhere.
