Corn snake feeding?

I have a corn snake I got from a family who only feed her once every 3 weeks because they wanted her to stay small, and she was lost in the house for 11 months and I don't think she was eating much then. How often should I feed her to get her up to normal size? Shes 3 but looks awful small.

10-15% of body weight every 7-10 days

So will this snake ever get to full size or is there no way to tell since they fed it so rarely and it was lost for so long?

I think it's tough to say if it will reach it's maximum growth potential since it's been growing so slowly for this long but it should still reach a healthy size if fed properly.
