Exclamation Wild turtle egg incubation help needed!

I was walking along the canal with my friend yesterday and we found a unearthed turtle nest that had been raided by some beast or another. I'm pretty sure it's far far too early for any painteds or snappers to hatch as they hatch in late fall. I think they are snapper eggs as I heard they had just been seen laying the week before in the same area. I unearthed five more eggs that hadn't been eaten or infested with ants and put them in a critter keeper with some earth. I dotted them and did not rotate them at all. I know it is unlikely they will survive at this point but I would like some tips on maybe saving them anyway.

How should I go about incubating them? I haven't an egg incubator so was thinking I should bury them in my yard under a grate so the don't get Dug up, or is it possible I could hatch them in my house if I put them in a bucket or something with well draining soil? I know the eggs can survive and hatch at 68 - 78 degrees so was thinking that mayhaps hatching them indoors was possible? Any help would be appreciated, the sooner I get answers the better!
