surprise clutch ..

Back in March '15 my pastel het granite checkered garter pair bred and the 0.1 continued to feed up until I week ago. I just thought ok its a no go as far as expecting anything to come of the pairing. Today when I arrived home I went in to clean the tub and found this.. The little small granite checkered was very weak and not crawling strongly so I don't know if it will make it. But yeah, 3 little scrubs.

Thanks. They probably would take worms and slugs before crickets as hatchlings but I am not sure if they look at crickets as food. You know, like do they even imprint on insects as opposed to soft bodied prey.

Thanks again EL. He or she actually looked better late last night after he spit out some clear fluid. I'll keep you posted. I'll wait a few days b4 I sex them. I am hoping one is a male. One of the visual granites I hope is a male.
