hognose ri?

I got 2 hoggies on 5/11/15 and the male was making a sort of clicking noise and opening his mouth sort of like a yawn but only half his jaw. The female wasnt making any noises. I have heard them make any noises since hes been in my care however could he have an ri? Im watching him very closely and i always use germ x sfter handling one snake and handling the other. Can mild/beginning stages of an ri be cured by proper husbandry?
