Question New and from San Diego

Hi there everybody! My name is Pam and I am retired and live in the San Diego area. I've always really loved snakes, and have had a California King snake for the past 10 years. I had a friend who always helped me with my snake, but he passed away and now I have an issue and don't know who to ask.

My snake has always eaten frozen mice and rats, he sheds perfectly, is very friendly and easy to handle. Lately he has seemed very agitated as though he is trying to find a mate. These are my questions: since I don't have a female California King, does anyone know how I could breed him? Or will he eventually calm down? Also, I feel like I'm in over my head since I no longer have assistance. I think I would be doing him a favor if I found him an owner who knows more about his care than I do.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
