every pic i have tried to add to this site it always says it to big how do i get my pics to be under 20000 bytes

i just dowloaded irfanview but how do i save the photo when its resized?

Rather than using the attach file feature...upload your pics to your free sSnakeSs.com gallery. Then you can link to the pics in the gallery.

Look in the "How to" forum for better instructions.
