Repticon (Phoenix), Review, Pics, and New Addition
Well today the family and I went to repticon and Ill start with the review. Ill admit I was highly disappointed in the size, especially for such a pro herp state like Az. The selection was incredible for Pythons and Leopard Geckos, but not much for Colubrids or anything else. Overall we enjoyed the trip there but would like to see it bigger with much more variety of animals.
Now for a couple pics we snapped while there, btw all the pics are sideways, sorry about that:
First Pic - Best selection of Colubrids we saw there. Our new addition is on the top right.
Second Pic - Helping the daughter see the cool stuff
Third Pic - Forest Scorpion (tempted, was only $20)
Fourth Pic - Daughter holding a Gopher Snake

Re: Repticon (Phoenix), Review, Pics, and New Addition
First Pic - Best exhibit definitely went to AHA (Az Herp Association). Crotalus Molossus
Second Pics - Another from AHA, Crotalus Cerberus
Third Pic - Again at the AHA booth, myself holding an Arizona Mountain King, boy I wanted to take this guy home (I wanted to take em all home, even the Crotes)
Fourth Pic - The one we DID bring home, our new addition Anatoli (Tangerine Honduran Milk).

Good stuff. Don't feel bad. Pretty much all expos are lacking in colubrids. Love that mountain king.
