Bredli carpet thread
Ok so here we go! Lets see your bredli's their enclosures and share experiences with these magnificent pythons. So first off my male sarlacc it the fiestiest snakes in my collection and has tagged me a few times now. The unfortunate thing when he does this is that its not just a strike. He latches wraps and tries to eat my whole hand lol. His mate rancor on the other hand is puppy dog tame. Both are great looking and hold a very special plane in my heart and collection. So with no further delays here are some pics. Ill update with more in a few days once a friend with a much better camera than mine comes over for a photo shoot!

Re: Bredli carpet thread
Ridley the Bredli is just over two years old now and finally getting close to 6 ft. He's never struck at me though there have been times when he's hungry that I could tell he was thinking about it. He's not a cuddler, he likes to be on the move, but he's very easy to handle. Best snake I've ever had.

How old are they? Have you worked with your male much or is this just his personality?

Re: Bredli carpet thread
Thanks. I've always wished he had more red to him. He's a very sepia shade of brown, but he does have nice blacks to contrast with the light areas.

Bought them both as adults so not sure of exact age. I know the female is around 7. He used to be really chill but a while back I broke my hand which it made him diffiicult to hold then had major abdominal surgery which had me off my feet for a while. Then my daughter was born. So for 10-11 months my interaction with him was minimal and since hes developed the attitude.
