New to Forum, New to Snakes. Quick question on feeding.

Hello all,
I have recently purchased a juvenile Woma python from local pet store. It was not in the best shape when I got it. It had mites, underfed, etc. They had been feeding it pinky mice. I looked into it and raised it to a fuzzy every 5-7 days. I then began to think one fuzzy was inadequate since I could no longer see it. He soon entered a shed and has been growing quickly. He is now 76 grams and I have been feeding him double fuzzy mice every 5-7 days. I now think that it is time to move onto hoppers or pinky rats, however both pinky rats and hoppers seem larger than his thickest part. What is an acceptable foodstuff for a 76gram roughly two foot long Woma?

I think you should try out some hoppers. A little larger than your woma's width won't be a problem. Good luck!

I've seen the rule of thumb of 10-15% of body weight per week, so yeah, I'd go hoppers. At least, the place I buy from has hoppers listed as 7.5-10g so that seems right on.
