beardie not eating

I picked up a beardie yesterday from previous owner. Its been very lathergic she wont chase a cricket simply waits for it to walk past her. The previous owner strictly fed crickets and nothing else. I think shes obese and thats why she cant chase them down like normal beardies. Her temps were also too low and no UV was provided. She now has a basking temp of 100-105 and a UV light source. Today ive offered her both kale with a sprinkle of vitamin powder, strawberry and crickets and she wont take any of it. Any tips on getting this pretty girl to eat? Ill try to put a pic of her up so that any of you who have more experience with beardies might be able to tell if she looks off. She has great pattern and colors and I really want her to be a typical spunky beardie like she should be. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Justin
