No wonder i cant sleep at night. Everyone keeps their lights on in Holland. And there i was thinkin the sun didnt go under here.

WOW! Check out the lighting on japan, damn. I think we as a large large nation need to remember to turn are lights off, the aliens up there are trying to sleep!

Thats an awesome pic! No lights in Antartica lol but The are some little lights really high up north but I am not sure if the top top one is Alert..

Kathy,
It a series of pictures taken from a satelite. They take multiple pictures at different times, then put them together.

If anyone is at all interested in space, stars, distant galaxies, check out this website :

They put a new pic up everyday with an explanation, and you can see the ones from the past as well. Some of it is just crazzzy trying to comprehend, like the stars we see are atleast 1500 light years away.... meaning the light we see from themm is from 1500 years ago!!!

Maybe not interest some of you...but it sure fills up some of my spare time at work!
