Sad thoughts

Need some help guys

I have a Male Pastel BP. He just turned 3yrs old last month (I've had him since a baby). 2 days ago he had the worse shed ever(only the 2nd bad shed since i got him 3 yrs ago). But it donned on me that i'm not keep the best care for him as a should and i'm starting to feel neglectful(not being able to keep up with humidity demands), ontop of that i got a $2000 bill from uncle sam that i'm gonna have to figure out how to pay and the thought has crossed my mind of parting ways with my BP. Part of feels like it would be best for both of us but i dont want to give him away(for free) or have him end up in a bad place. I don't have any good pics of his setup.. but hes in a 42" Long terrarium. with good 88-94 degree hot side and 2 hides.

I guess i'm ask for help and opinions on what i should do? (please dont bash as i am reahing out for help)
