Keep in mind their addition to the Lacey Act means it will be illegal to sell to anyone out of your state.
I agree, a very large enclosure will be needed, possibly larger than 8x4. If I've read correctly, breeding anacondas will require a water area big enough for all the animals to swim in at once, since breeding will usually occur in the water. You will also often need to put in more than one male to stimulate breeding, in the wild each female is generally courted and bred by a large number of males at the same time.
