Constipated? Picture included

Hey, is this a normal looking tail for a GTP. I normally work with other snakes and this usually means contipated. If she is constipated how can I help her.

Thanks

That certainly doesn't look normal to me.

Re: Constipated? Picture included

I got her two weeks ago she hasn't used the washroom in that time. Should I put her in the tub and keep fighting her from getting out to hopefully workout a poop?

Is that how she arrived? I would have called the breeder right away

Re: Constipated? Picture included

It was a young kid I took her off of. Got her for next to nothing so I consider her a rescue. But yes that how she came. Is there anything I can do to make her go.

Re: Constipated? Picture included

I personally would say if a few warm soaks don't work then a vet trip may be in order.

Re: Constipated? Picture included

Can you possibly get another picture or two for us? It looks like the vent is stuck open almost?

Re: Constipated? Picture included

That looks like a bad backup. Hopefully someone that has rectified a problem like this can chime in. If it were my snake, I would stop feeding, and stick with the warm baths- maybe try super gently massaging it after a warm bath.

Re: Constipated? Picture included

I just noticed in the soak her tail goes back to a somewhat normal state. I'm also trying the massaging also.
